Grainne lives in Terenure, Dublin, is a mother to 3 sons, a wife, a sister, an aunt, a godmother, recently a  grandmother,  a neighbour,  a friend , a colleague. She has been involved in various aspects of her local community, fundraising for charity, working as a volunteer. Member of local tennis, rugby club and choir. Grainne runs an independent training company GMT Grainne Martin Training in Ireland and is MD of Lander Consultancy in the UK. She works with business leaders as a coach and mentor.
